Club Uniform Order Processing Times Top

Team Order processing times on orders from myuniform.soccerpost.com vary by season. We define our peak season as the period between January 1st and March 31st AND June 1st through August 31st (these dates may vary slightly by location).

Orders placed before a listed deadline during peak season

Orders are processed daily on a first-in, first-out basis pending product availability. We encourage all players to place an order as soon as you receive your MyUniform invitation for best pricing and quickest delivery. All orders will be shipped using your selected shipping method during checkout.

Orders placed after a listed deadline during peak season

Soccer Post makes every effort to get you on field for your first game, but orders placed after a deadline ARE NOT guaranteed to deliver prior to your first game. All orders will be shipped using your selected shipping method during checkout.

Orders placed outside of peak season

Orders will begin processing the next business day. Typical processing times are 2-3 weeks depending on product availability and customization. If an item is backordered from the vendor you will be contacted with substitution or cancelation options. All orders will be shipped using your selected shipping method during checkout.

Editing Your Order Top

We want to ensure that your order is fulfilled correctly. If you notice an error on your order you must contact Soccer Post within the same business day to correct it. If your order has not gone into process, we will do our best to accommodate any changes needed. Once your order has entered the customization process, we can no longer make any adjustments to that order. Please check your email confirmation for the appropriate location/email address to contact.

Shipping Top

All orders placed through MyUniform are shipped from the main Soccer Post location processing your club or organization’s orders.

Orders are shipped based on the shipping locations selected at checkout. Available options vary based on your club and when you order.

Club Delivery

Orders marked “club delivery” will be shipped directly to your club or organization. A representative from your club or organization will distribute orders to the individual players.

Soccer Post Location Pickup

Orders with “In-Store Pickup” will be delivered to the Soccer Post location of your choice at no charge. Once the order has arrived at the desired location you will be notified by phone and/or email that your order is ready for pickup.

UPS Shipping

Orders shipped directly to your home are shipped via UPS by Soccer Post. Transit times are typically 1-3 days to locations in Northern California.

Transit times are based on the carrier delivery only and do not include order processing times.

Please note you will receive a shipment notification once your order label has been printed and your package is ready to be picked up by UPS. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns/Refunds Top

You may return any new, unused and resalable product bought from Soccer Post. Items returned within 30 days will be refunded in their original payment method. Defective claims must be made within 30 days of receiving an order. Defective examples include: Seams coming undone, Backpack and jacket zippers breaking, Embellishment not staying attached. Soccer Post reserves the right to fix and/or repair any item deemed defective prior to replacing or refunding.

Only items that are in "new, unused and resalable condition" will be accepted for returns. We strongly recommend trying on all products indoors. Items that are not in new condition are not returnable unless defective.

What IS NOT in new condition:

• A jersey, shirt or anything else that smells unnatural
• Anything you accidentally spilled on
• Items that you received with a tag, that no longer have a tag

Online MyUniform Purchases

Items purchased online through MyUniform are non-returnable if they contain any customization that would not be found on a retail product. Customization includes:

• Any logo other than that of the manufacturer,. i.e. Club, League, Sponsor or School logos
• A player’s Name or number

Items that were not customized in any way will be treated as a retail purchase and may be returned at any Soccer Post corporate retail location. Your order confirmation will be required as your receipt to receive a full refund.

Defective Products Top

A defective product is defined as a product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to a manufacturing or design flaw. A defective product will show signs of being faulty within the first 30 days of use. For that reason we only accept defective returns within 30 days of your purchase.

All items we receive labeled as defective are put through rigorous tests to ensure the product does in fact have a factory defect. Products deemed defective can be returned to Soccer Post up to 30 days from purchase date for an exchange.

Examples of DEFECTS:

• Seams coming undone
• Backpack and jacket zippers breaking
• Embellishment not staying attached
Examples of NON-DEFECTS:
• Normal wear and tear
• Material snags
• Damage from laundering (for your convenience care instructions are provided with your order)

In the event that merchandise purchased on myuniform.soccerpost.com becomes defective during normal wear, please bring the item into the appropriate location. The item will be reviewed for defects at the discretion of Soccer Post. Soccer Post reserves the right to fix or repair an issue before a replacement is given.
